We can help finance a wide range of commercial tonnage, from vessels operating in the energy/utility sector to general cargo/short-sea coasters in the transportation/logistics sector. Our solutions include fixed or variable rate loans principally secured by way of marine mortgages.

- Maximum loan to value: 80% of market value (or cost if vessels are new and from recognised manufacturers).

- Maximum age: depends on asset class.

- Classification: vessel(s) must be suitably classed and/or coded for intended operational use.
